well spoken like an educated man - I agree 100%

SEC compliance filings will be the 1st in a series of steps

that one alone will be a major catalyst as it will unequivocally state that WOGI is legit and is now legal...

anything else, e.g. business plan, uplisting, RM, etc. will only continue to drive the pps much higher

I also suspect the float is locked - to some degree or another, which is why the pps is acting so strong

bottom line is - who ever put this together, whether it be current Owners or future Owners - was simply brilliant

acquire the float while non-reporting, file SEC filings, become compliant and release all subsequent updates in a steady trickle, then file to Up-list
