Thanks, it still doesn't really add up though I just read the complaint which says he either knew, or was reckless in not knowing, that he was spreading false information. Seems to leave it open that someone else may have been behind the fake website and Arcis Twitter that needs to be caught.

Also the press releases say OC made $929k but then they fail to mention that put his average sell at like 02s, but the stock ran to 07s... why sell so low compared to the high if he was the Mastermind? Then the complaint says he bought back $586k worth that he sold for $149k, a huge loss on that trade. But it gets left out of the press release. But is in the actual complaint. Press release written to make it sound like he did way better than he did. Very biased press. Reckless yes but Mastermind behind it all, no it does not appear that way. His trades would've been better if he was really behind it all I would think
