In other words, when you get lucky.

OTC stocks are great when you can get in or average down to it's lowest point and hold for several months when news or when the company turns the page to go in a new direction like GTEH!

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
