Ya I found it thanks. But This just means they can now make some statements correct? Here are my concerns. 1.1 Billion market cap seems wayyyy high. No building yet, No revs, OTC, 527 million shares and a 250 million shelf offering. It is trading on hype IMO. And it very well could be warranted but I am not sold yet on investing. Not ready to gamble at this PPS but wish you all luck. My brother owns it so hope it does well.
