F&F will never be uplisted as long as they are under conservatorships. Out of conservatorships, shareholders will once again control the managements and BODs of each entity and will also determine when and where an uplisting will take place.$20 will be something you see rapidly passing by your porthole on its way to numbers condusive to those of corporations making $billions every quarter, as do Fannie and Freddie. And believe me, the NYSE and NASDAQ would be slobbering to get the listings on their boards!.
