Its only a matter of when and not If... This seems to be picking up steam. The only thing that this needs is a solid company to RM into the holding entity. I am sure if there is something with clear cash flow and a clear upside in the respective industry this company and shares will do well. I am long and looking forward to the announcement- I have to believe there is also a target in mind and things are just waiting on paper work. I have to think the majority of the board is thinking the same thing... Hold and Hold and eventually you will be rewarded for the leap of faith.
