If we see nothing by 0930 I'm going to put a big bid in to catch panic... will be interesting to see if there even is any panic.

In my opinion, this gets done one way or another. For those who keep talking lawsuits, failure to close this deal could be grounds for one, or at least much more logical than suing LAHO over the 2019 halting. The deal has been strung along for so long I don't see any other conclusion happening than the one we want. A case for intentional deception could be made if it does not happen.
