I informed him of a website and a tweet feed. Is that illegal lol? It was posted on the ARCS board by someone else.
We were not ‘together’. I was duped the same as everyone else. Like I said before, I’m more than happy to have the sec review my trading account. Bought in May on a Street Trader tweet. Sold after the CE was placed by the OTC. Made basically nothing on it.

Never tweeted, never claimed to have contact with CEO, never did any of the allegations brought against OC. How many of you have shared tweets, news, websites on Ihub? I get pms all the time from people with that information.

If you read through the SEC complaint, it’s 99% about the tweets. The dude also made almost a million dollars on this. I truly thought he was getting information from the CEO and believed the tweets.

I do agree they should determine who set up the site and tweet account prior to OC buying. That’s where it started. OC, allegedly, perpetuated false information after that?
