Transparency and lack of communication are oxymorons aren’t they?

I agree with you that they need to do something but let’s look at the requirements to get uplisted to nasdaq;

-$4 minimum share price
-current otc ticker that’s been trading 1y+
-2 recent financial filings.

They’ve satisfied 2 of 3 requirements. The $4 minimum share price has exceptions ($2-$3 if it’s allowed). Merge in another company, reduce the share structure and it’s possible. First they need to file the 8k though. Becoming current is the first step imo.

IF they follow through and actually do what they mean the this is all very possible.
