SHs here understand the importance but will the peeps buying shares? MMs has stymied any PR that could not muster sufficient demand to override what the MMs have access to as a supply.

I am at a loss to suggest this PR will do it. MMs playing it very tight lately. I do not know what to expect as a result of this PR.
