Didn't he get in trouble about a half decade ago for the same?
Only then it was 3 main "influencers" on OTC. They actually made functional links to fake sites at that time which was why they got in trouble.
Bashing and pumping isn't the thing. If so advertising wouldn't be a thing. Document fabrication and spreading it around will though.
Whenever the SEC says they want to help small investors it makes me cringe. It usually means the opposite.
