I posted the actual SEC complaint earlier this evening. Promoters of crappy OTC stocks who lie about stuff....need to take heed. Especially if it involves crypto. The SEC is very concerned about fraudulent promotions involving crypto. Almost as much as they are concerned about promotions involving fake COVID cures.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
