The DTCC has changed its rules on shorting. mm’s are about to be toast starting from March 19th, 2021.

Basically in layman’s terms due to the incidents and MM manipulation surrounding GameStop. The way short-sellers like Citadel (CDEL) can now play the game is about to change. Most will be covering very quickly before the rules come into effect. Hold all your Shares, and buy-in major dips and support before March 19th, 2021
