NOTE 4 – DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS
 
On November 6, 2019, the Company discontinued its operations of subsidiary Global3pl, Inc., formerly known as KRG Logistics, Inc., (an Ontario corporation) and sold the assets of $54,296 for $10 dollars.  The transactions resulted in a loss of $430,329 as reported on the income statement as of July 31, 2020. As such, the assets of KRG Logistics, Inc. were removed from the accounts, and all remaining liabilities were classified as Discontinued Operations in the accompanying Balance Sheets.
