You guys are dreaming, so what I am about to tell you about OTC and updating the fillings is as Follows.

1. once the accounting and numbers are ready they have to be EDGARized, for those of you that don't understand there is a software that takes the standard Word/XML/Spread sheet data and converts it to a file format exclusive for backend upload to OTC, it also needs to have the company council's seal of approval (Lawyer Opinion Letter). then it will take 5-10 business day for it to post and that is if it is not kicked back for corrections.

So don't tell me it will next day air.
