I can be converted with facts. Ballas needs to become current (in the USA, apparently I need to add that), and buy back some shares.

I got out around even because within a cpl minutes of seeing in the financials what ballas had done with the dilution I got out as fast as I could. Others weren’t so lucky.

It was at no bid for a long time, and nobody can explain definitively why it moved.
