I am a retired stockbroker. Big point on retired. So these are always just my humble opinion now as a civilian. You notice the buy volume is roughly equal to the sell volume today. Because this is not a listed equity the market is controlled by a handful of market makers. When you buy, you buy from them and of course when you sell you sell to them. That is why we see knowlabs act so unpredictably. We are never seeing true open market supply and demand price movement. The handful of market makers always control the price. Of course this is all legal and the normal course of action in unlisted securities. Now to my point....In my opinion, the big news of the uplist is getting closer. The market makers are intentionally bringing the price down even with equal buy and sell activity the last few days. The market makers want it as low as possible so when the BIG news actually comes out they can GAP open Knowlabs significantly higher and make their last HUGE profit in this before it is taken away from them. Just my opinion....
