a lot of focus on why why why, which is fine to speculate, but more important, as I have always said, is focusing on what to do IF, in my case I was able to pick up at .113 and .11, these are good prices. Remember none of us is big enough to "control' the price, but we are all big enough to react to it.

But realize there is always risk of further downside, so keep powder for .09 .08 or .07, anything and everything is possible, even if it is not probable.
