C'mon man, Jef can't control dilution when it's happening!! He's doing what he can to keep things going in a positive direction?? Yes it's hard to buyback shares and dilute but it's better than dilution with no buyback! He's probably buying as many shares as he can while their cheap and being dumped into the market!??
