People looking at this and seeing "plain and ordinary meaning" repeated and then running for the hills are woefully misguided. The judge rejected SK's narrowing at every turn, they are still trying to conflate terms from different parts of 907 to inject "fork in the road" into the patent. The judge seems to have rejected that outright. this is actually great for us.

he rejects SK's "polling" requirement entirely, which they rely on for three of the terms; he rejected SK's attempt to make all "training sequence" references ONLY mean at initialization (SK relies on this for four of their CC arguments).

He then rejects all of SK's arguments re data handler and only decides "plain and ordinary meaning." Netlist argued it didn't need construction, so there's no negative there either.
