Did you read the filings in the court case? This was definitely the public company referenced. All the steps were taken to grow Acembly. Bearden insisted he had deep pockets and then his bank wouldn't loan him money. I don't know if he's overly optimistic, or if Covid interfered with cash infusion. This case could go on a long time.

Exactly what can Bearden state in the required filings that wouldn't hurt his credibility? I think he's stalling because of the jam he is in.

Maybe he can find another use for this shell?
