There are stocks with Zero Revenue and or Zero net Income with 100s of millions of shares in the OS trading above .50.

But this isn't one of them.... Without some type of huge verifiable announcement after the reverse split, the pps will just continue to drop. The stock couldn't even maintain a 2 cent share price before retracing 75% but someone a R/S is suddenly going to catapault the company into the intrest of small cap investors??????
