They can.

Carl Kukkonen has done that several times in the past. Gifting shares to his children, who then get a nice fake news release to increase the share price in order for them to sell.

But, appropriate public disclosures must be made, which they can't do right now because they are almost two years behind in financial reports.



Rule #1 is never lose money.
