YELP_LABELS "U.S. STEM_CELL_CLINIC" AS_CLOSED = UH_OH ????

"CLOSED" as in OUT OF BUSINESS KIND OF CLOSED = WTH ????

Uh - YELP per my experience is HIGHLY ACCURATE and mega mega careful as hell to double and triple check a business as "CLOSED" and "NON OPERATIONAL" before they change their labeling of it !!!

Moreover - the Facebook and Twitter other social media for that clinic has been DEAD for several months after a last Facebook post boasting of "OUR BIG 2021 ROLL OUT IS STARTING EARLY" and that was in Dec 2020 and then SILENT AS A CHURCH MOUSE SINCE = 3 months of WTF ????

All Kristin Comella blathers about now is HER PRIVATE OWNED (With hubby Shawn Mann) her "BIOHACKERS GYM" gig - which has ZERO to due with USRM this here barely penny stock ????



THAT is or was the remaining COMELLA "FAMILY" MAJORITY OWNED clinic - and the USRM partial owned last standing clinic !

It's the clinic that MADE THE NEWS all over the world during the blinded ladies incidents and moved from Sunrise FL to that Weston FL address :)

Never a PR about the moving addresses on the clinic - just dark of night and silent as usual !

THAT = the last and only "stem cell clinic" that USRM has or had a partial ownership in - as their other two "partially owned clinics" CLOSED A LONG TIME AGO per the Broward court case of physician Dr. Rosemary Daly MD vs U.S. Stem Cell Clinic and crew :)

The lawsuit claims and emphatically states that Kristin Comella sort of FORGOT (LOL !! CLASSIC !) to pay the LIABILITY INSURANCE/MALPRACTICE INSURANCE premiums of the good doctor who was letting US STEM CELL CLINIC and "The Villages" and the gang USE HER MEDICAL LICENSE = left her exposed to potential MASSIVE train wreck level lawsuit liability IF any patient were harmed or were to file suit,etc !

IN THAT LAWSUIT - it's stated that "The Villages" and "The Regenerative" whatever are CLOSED and have been for going on well over a year and closer to 2 years or something like that - as in they NEVER REALLY WERE and didn't amount to jack crap ??

NOW - this last PARTIAL OWNED CLINIC is labeled as CLOSED on Yelp and Tomas has "GONE DARK" as a NON SEC FILER so no shareholders can possibly know the true condition and dire financial condition of this "company" which moved its "WORLD HEADQUARTERS" to a literal $269 bucks a month rent-a-desk and has no other assets of any kind ?????

AND IF YOU PLUG THE WEBSITE INTO THE "WAYBACK MACHINE" one can easily see it used to (NO MORE !!) show THREE CLINICS and the TWO ARE GONNERS NOW and it is "clinic" SINGULAR - as the USRM businesses continue to collapse by all appearances !!

For USRM = not good while spending FORTUNES ON ENDLESS LEGAL EXPENSES and LAW FIRMS AND NEVER ENDING LAWSUITS - including that last standing if not according to YELP "OUT OF BUSINESS" ONE CLINIC being sued now by their prior own CLINIC PHYSICIAN named Dr Rosemary Daly has um "in court" as we speak = golly what is up ????
