I have to agree with Art2Gecko, at least in part.
The OS for CESY seems to be much larger than you thought.

The last report I could find was their last 10Q.
As of Aug 6, 03, the OS was 639,687,294

Again, one of my first questions is, "why?"

Plus, are you asking about it long term or short term?

If short term, at .0044 the PPS looks like it will be running flat, at least for now.
