USRM_IS_SERIOUSLY "SEC_DELINQUENT" IN_THEIR_FILING_OBLIGATIONS !!

USRM is OTC "PINK STOP SIGN" as they have failed to "timely file" with the SEC as per what the law requires- and COULD FACE A TRADING SUSPENSION at any time for not filing since their 2019 annual report was due 1 yr ago !!!

The SEC LAST WEEK - suspended trading on TWO PINK "STOP SIGN" companies and in the SEC order for one of them it plainly stated, "Failure to file 9 months worth of required filings and thus failing to keep the public properly informed as to the true and accurate condition of the company" blah blah blah.

That SEC ORDER is ON THE FINRA SITE from Friday and links to the SEC ORDER for suspension and it was 9 MONTHS late. USRM in 15 days will be missing TWO YEARS of SEC 10-K ANNUAL REPORTS their most important filings and all of their 2020 SEC 10-Q filings also are MIA !!
