There was a deal they confirmed that there was a letter of intent. Things broke down and interest was lost.

Their relationship started as he was a reseller of their product and thought about acquiring that product to take it public.

The letter of intent was non binding and there was a non refundable deposit given. They stared the offering and stopped. Thats why the 1z was just canceled the other day with sec paperwork
