Hi all,

I was only involved in very late stage VB discussion and my role is to only see if their model is good or otherwise. However, given my limited involvement there, it still seems it is a good project.

Regarding the last status, I do not have much idea.

Prior to being admitted to the board, I had made myself clear that I need to focus on LABS Group first due to our project listing which is in fact later today.

After which, I will have more time to provide advice and guidance to NSAV.
