So why would such inappropriate patients not be excluded?

However, the patients from the initial CRO were excluded from monthly enrollment figures at one time, and came back later. ( during arbitration )

Maybe if you're injected you're injected and now any positive effectiveness is still "evidence" and so what. But you won't necessarily pull the same differential, or if you do, not as fast.
