With the pending RS a 2020 audited disclosure would be paramount to maintain investor confidence.

Considering DA and an unchanged share structure going on 7 years
I expect the next disclosure to be Audited to accompany the RS.

BRAV should be OTCQB within the next month or two.

NASDAQ will require a $2 share price. DA will need to pull some type of contract, merger, acquisition miracle for the NASD to happen within the next year.
