I have a sneaky feeling they may be reconsidering this with a conditional EUA while they get another 140 patient data. But not 100% positive. I guess if there is enough pressure from media and influential politicians then things could change rather quickly.

Also, I think CYDY management should focus on working with UK authorities. They are lot more reasonable, practical, less biased, and have demonstrated their agility recently with faster approvals. I wouldn’t lose sight of that target regardless of what happens with FDA. That will then open up a ton of opportunities and put FDA to shame!
