A buyout of HCMC would not be near as sweet as a monetary settlement... and with 300 billion OS the amount paid for HCMC wouldn't be over, say $10 billion, which is $0.0333 per share... and imho would probably be more like $5 billion... and you would get what you get based on your number of shares.... no pps run up based on speculation...I much prefer a settlement...
