Yes how they sold it and how they’ll be allowed to sell it in the future...its all about the escrow.

The XRP we hold will indeed be ruled as a virtual currency. Their response to our lawsuit already proves it as they’re not clear if its a security or not. They know its not...in the end will get regulatory clarity on XRP and Ripple will be restricted in how much XRP they can sell or they won’t be able to sell it at all.
