Clearly, the SEC didn’t foresee the mess they were going to get themselves into. They are suing to dismiss the XRP investors case by saying that it's not clear that XRP is a security while at the same time suing Ripple for saying that they should’ve known years ago that XRP was a security? Absolutely pathetic. When it comes to hypocrisy it doesn’t get any worse then this. In the end XRP will not be declared a security as this case is specifically about the escrow. Victory will be ours...sit tight boys because we’re headed back to ATH after this bumpy ride is over.
