Yes, he appears to be promoting Carbon Crypto and their broad appeal to all kinds of data sharing, but whether he links his interest directly to ADTM is a mystery. I also noticed Carbon is out of Australia, so perhaps Strong is interested in linking them to a public company (aka ADTM) in the US.
