Agreed. I work with a lot of seasoned corporations and and these CEO's know damn well it would be more logical to 1. Buy out HCMC entirely 2. Partner with HCMC, Pay royalties on patent licensing (On a product their customers already use and like) the third option which no logical business would do is 3. Pay massive 1-3B settlement for patent infringement and stop selling infringing product all together and lose even more money from those future sales. Options 1 and 2 are the best for PM, HCMC and us the shareholders. option 3 we still win but not as big as option 1 and 2. Interesting that PM retired their shares a week ago and filed it to the SEC. HCMC recently reduced their shares as well from 400B to 309B and they are approved to lower it another 90-100B I believe. Something big is in the works and I sense its option 1. HCMC to the MOON $12+ EOY. IMO - Holding Long -
