They are not the best trained in managing public companies or IR
They bring expertise from Europe trying to integrate with USA customs/imports/licensing/training/translations of sales and marketing materials/online training/customer service/shipping/manufacturing/new product development/trademarking.. and what's not..

They brought investors of their own in @@@ above markets.. they paid and assumed old co debt from their own pockets, they financed entire operation manufacturing and product development.. never ever diluted since they took over and merger completed..
Can't even state what they haven't accomplished.. since there's a ton they did.. and a bit there left to do

Did they have a lot on their plate?
Yes.. But they are a long way ahead from where they have started just one year AGO!! summer of 2020:: aka covid quarantine for most
