Two positive aspects about VMSI is it has not been dipping into the 5's and 3's and back to 7's and down to 5's and 3's like it was doing a lot of before. Hate it at 7's, but the other positive is we do get the occasional bounce...need more in the 2 cent ranges again or above. I know - I know...I'm Optimistic but ready for a change...VMSI has been boring.
