No company can sell billions of shares of stock to many people if there isn't some sort of solicitation. If in fact any part of their solicitation is false this is fraud. Point is. Scam artist claim they have all kinds of ideas but actually have no intent to pursue them. This could be the new wave of securities fraud investigations coming into the mainstream SEC watchdog eyes. In our case I think GOLD was exactly right. They were giving us our money we earned through sales and licensing fees and in return they claimed it was a loan in return for shares and eventually the money dried up. Or they realized they were getting too deep into their scam and it might get exposed. Dutch Sandwich or Ponzi scam call it what you want. So essentially the high paid personnel we had and consequently our high cost of the best batteries in the world and the Dutch Sandwich our management took the money from the Solar Boat battery sale and sold out to Enersys and then both of their deals if in fact were deals both wound up with deals in China (Frazer Nash Metrocab)(Turkey with a battery manufacturing plant). IMHO So, after that they tried to seek safe haven with Verdant who at this point IMHO were involved in the Dutch sandwich could no longer support our corporate structure. So in January 2016 Virium was poised to get our technology, but I believe that posed a great threat to Enersys . So, conveniently Enersys paid off Virium and parked us at Monbat to eventually acquire Monbat and absorb us at the same time with some sort of creative deal putting an end to this scam. Thus, we wound up here. So my final opinion is we were a great growing concern but from the start Neil Bush amongst others wanted quick cash and was so short minded and greedy. They just kept selling us out. I do believe our technology today which we pioneered is everywhere and we got cheated. We will see this year for sure. IMHO Based on no facts!
