I have been in this business since college. Its all I know for the most part but not commuting into the city every morning will be nice. Too crowded and it would be nice to move where there a less people and more space. Maybe I will follow the trend and move to Florida or Texas. Hell maybe UATG will take me on part time and I can hang out with the man who made it all possible. lol

Seriously, I see your point but it would be nice to take a break and regroup. Everyone is so negative these days and its not like it use to be here. I have lived in the tri-state area my whole life and its sad to see things the way they are now. Never thought I would say this but I am ready to leave. If UATG doesnt work out I am still going. in all seriousness I am looking at relocating to FL probably within 5 years. Been looking in Pompano, Del Ray and Boca. I honestly think that it will be sooner and it will be all because of UATG.
