Yup he's just another clown, albeit a slightly more influential clown over a bunch of investors who don't know anything about how to do their own DD. He takes advantage of their naivety to inadvertently have those supporters invest in the stocks that he supports. And yes, he's more than likely the reason why the CE symbol is there now. He claims that CCTL has no bitcoin based on their financials since he couldn't locate it for himself.
