MBMoney...if you get a chance could you check pacer regards to the latest court date between HDC & Intel. My take on this when I last checked pacer that a venue change from "Waco" to "Austin" was agreed upon. Since these are the expressed district and dates my understanding is....the April court date was pushed back to June but perhaps I'm wrong?

I see what pennypop posted but believe the date change was due to venue change. Now if Intel is pissing off the Judge this early (which I doubt) then they (Intel) is screwing up but only see the venue change as the real reason to push the date back not forward.

You know I actually don't give a crap but would like to know If I'm wrong. Did you see the post over on yahoo with the RS BS talk. This company is far too unsuccessful to pull that BS...meaning any forward business....what a joke, we could have all the money in the world but not enough Geritol to get the company officers out of bed.
