Hi 'fr8', welcome aboard, I was beginning to feel like an only child! lol
From what I read, the merger should happen early in the 2nd quarter.
A lot of folks are concentrating on the electric car portion of the EV industry and not paying a lot of attention to the bus/heavy truck part.
ACTC should spike once the merger is complete. GLTY and all
