This was the tweet I was referring to, And he tweeted last week 8K and Multiple PR's this week. I would rather see tweets after the PR and 8k.
But no blinders here, lol, I just pay more attention to detail than others.

Very soon, NSAV will have a major press release and an SEC 8-K regarding TG Private Equity's taking a 500 million Preferred B share stake in NSAV. It is very material and very huge.
