Rodrigues & Co wanted to do a 1:5000 RS but it was denied as you correctly indicated. The current iteration (Magnifind) is planning for that same split as well, as per the S1.

I don't know if they will be approved either, though like you, I doubt it.

This is one of the biggest issues with MDIN. Even if this website is ever developed and brings in paying partners the share structure and regulatory history here is totally against them.
