Where I come from, if you’re the majority owner by 50% or more, it’s your company. I believe the preferreds give him that right. Correct?
Danny’s running the show for us and is entitled to compensation for it. He’s the one coding the search results to drive $BRAV’s e-commerce sales. He’s the one that sees/acts on the opportunities as they come.
We are shareholders here because we see something happening that we like. While, I’m not a fan of a reverse split in most cases, in this particular case I am, because I believe he has a vision and the drive to get it done.
This doesn’t belong in the pinks anymore. Danny is headed to the Show. All WILL BE REVEALED IN DUE TIME.
