We borrowed that 750,000 which = 1/2 of the cost to produce 40+ - . 40 units @ 8,000 / mo = $320,000 / no (w/o volume royalty).... What was borrowed will be paid off in several mo ...say 3 months leaving 9 months for the rest of the year 9 x 320,000 / months = 2.8 m. Not to shabby for lease only
