Yeah, well I have seen several business models succeed in the past with a board of directors and then fail as well, so sorry you seem to think that this will fail. Seen CEOs in the past where there is one director of successful startup that went to 1$ a share. He left and started RSHN and hasn't taken off in two to three years. So you just can't always go by what they did in the past. You have to look at what they have currently and what they actions they have taken and went forward with.
