Now let's hope this one is not one of the 5% that doesn't

I see a settlement as the only smart thing to do.

THe CEO's decision to NOT hit PM with a cease order imho, was a very smart move.

IF IF IF PM wants to drag this out, actual damages just increase every single day and what they may make in a year or two would probably be about what it would take to just make this go away and FOREVER .

One way they just do it with paper (pm shares) the other way is CASH and no company likes to part with it's cash if they don't have to.

The JOINTLY FILED extension is still very positive to me
