Apples to Bananas comparing an old list of suspended tickers to today with all the small print surrounding COVID, which tripped up COUV plus the SEC also has a hair-trigger for any OTC not Pink Current due to social media influence but once again the SEC is moving the goal posts (which is a good thing) but possibly a lot of undeserving (surprised) tickers get tripped up in the meantime due to the new rules so saying all suspended tickers are all scams is a bit disingenuous.
